Cancelation & Late Policy

Lavender Studio will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 10 mins late for your scheduled appointment, this will result in the appointment being cancelled and will be considered a no show. A 50% charge will apply.
